Dear applicants!
Tambov State Technical University informs you that TSTU's foreign students' admission office doesn't take any fees for issuing the official invitations for studying or any official letters.
Tambov State Technical University accepts only tuition and hostel fees. Tuition and hostel fees can be paid to the official bank account of the university or to the cashier office of the university. All fees are to be made according to the signed contract between an applicant and the university.
All full-time students must have medical insurance that meets University criteria. The University assists students with obtaining an appropriate medical insurance upon their arrival to Tambov.

Unfortunately, you can’t continue your study at our University as a second year student because we have different programs. You can be admitted at TSTU only as a first year student.

Answer: Dear Arkan,
Our University offers a Master program ‘Material Engineering and Material Technology’ and it starts in September. Besides, this Master program is taught in Russian so in order to be admitted for this program you should complete the Russian language pre-university course. Our University offers a 1 year pre-university program (it starts in September 2016 and lasts till June 2017) and 1.5 year pre-university course (it starts in March 2016 and lasts till June 2017).
In order to be admitted for any of these programs you should submit the following documents to our e-mail address:
• a scanned copy of your international passport. Your passport must be valid for at least 1.5 year after the intended date of entry;
• a scanned copy of your original degree certificate (Bachelor’s degree certificate or diploma);
• a completed application form;
• scanned copies of medical documents, including HIV (AIDS) Test Certificate and chest X-ray results.
As for the fees, we have the following procedure:
1. These payments should be transferred to the University official bank account before we send to you an original invitation:
• Tuition Fee. For the pre-university course that lasts 1 year (from September 2016 till June 2017) tuition fee is approximately 1200 USD and for the 1.5 year program (from March 2016 till June 2017) it is about 1500 USD. Please, take into account that prices are stated for the current academic year (2015-2016). Official prices for the following academic year (2016-2017) will be published in May 2016.
• Accommodation Fee - approximately 350 USD for 1 year stay in a shared room.
2. The following payments should be paid upon your arrival to Tambov:
• Medical Insurance Fee - about 100 USD per year. This medical insurance will be valid till August 2016.
• Multiple visa fee – about 30 USD.

If you want to get a scholarship in order to study at our University, you should apply to the Embassy of the Russian Federation in your country or to the Ministry of Education.

Our University offers Master’s programs in Architecture in Russian language. In order to be admitted for any degree program that is taught in Russian you must complete the Russian language pre-university program.

As soon as we receive your documents we will review them. If everything is according to our requirements we will submit these documents to the Department of Migration Service in order to start processing an official invitation. A standard waiting period for invitation to be issued is 1 month on receipt of all required documents.

Before you start any Bachelor program you must complete the Russian language pre-university program. We offer a 1 year pre-university course (from September 2016 till June 2017) and 1.5 year pre-university course (from March 2016 till June 2017).

If you don’t have a Bachelor diploma, we can admit you only as a first-year student of the Bachelor program. As all Bachelor programs are taught in Russian, you must complete the Russian language pre-university program. Before you start any degree program taught in Russian you must complete the Russian language pre-university program. This program lasts for 10 months and usually starts in September-November. Also our University provides a pre-university course that lasts for 1.5 year and it starts in March (from March 016 till June 2017).
