Analysis of Control Flow Graph // Scientific article. Journal "Transactions of the TSTU", vol. 22 , Tambov. TSTU publisher house , 2016. (pdf-file)
Abstract: The article describes the methodological aspects of the complexity evaluation of large-block cloud computing with enhanced precision. The objective of our work is solving in the cloud of the mathematical simulation problems with special requirements for precision. In particular, we consider complexity evaluation of the programs that solve problems with complex connections between sub-problems in the form of large blocks and the computation time considerably exceeding the time of information transmission between them. We propose a method for improving the complexity evaluation metrics, with the use of control flow graph of the program for designing of optimal performance computing systems that operate in the cloud. The method consists in the use of the complexity of particular operations on the basis of experimental data. - Borisenko A.B., Gorlatch S. Parallel MPI-Implementation of the Branch-and-Bound Algorithm for Optimal Selection of Production Equipment // Scientific article. Journal "Transactions of the TSTU", vol. 22 , Tambov. Abstract: In this paper, we propose a parallel implementation of the branch-andbound
optimization technique on distributed-memory systems using Message Passing
Interface (MPI). We employ parallel branch-and-bound to accelerate a real-world example application: optimal selection of production equipment for multi-product batch plants. We describe the master-worker organization of our parallel algorithm: a single master process dispatches a subset of computations to multiple worker processes and gathers computed results from them. For exchanging messages between master and worker we use MPI’s point-to-point communication functions. We report experimental results about the speedup and efficiency of our parallel implementation. We observe that the master process may become a bottleneck for the overall application performance if it controls too many workers processes, because of the increasing communication overhead. - Dorokhova T.Yu., Vyguzova E.Yu. Dynamics Mathematical Models of Multidimensional Objects // Scientific article. Journal "Transactions of the TSTU", vol. 22 , Tambov. TSTU publisher house , 2016. (pdf-file)
Abstract: The article considers the identification problem of dynamics' mathematical
models of multidimensional objects, the algorithm of parametrical identification is shown in the example model one zone of a multidimensional object as a double aperiodic link.
The considered algorithm of parametrical identification of dynamics'
mathematical model of one multi-chamber dryer drum-band type section in the developed software module is implemented which allows to check and to assess the adequacy of the obtained model. - Filatova А.G., Churikov A.A., Divin A.G. Method of Nondestructive Control of Thermophysical Properties of External Thermal Insulation of Cylindrical Products // Scientific article. Journal "Transactions of the TSTU", vol. 22 , Tambov. TSTU publisher house , 2016. (pdf-file)
Abstract: The paper proposes a comprehensive method for evaluating nonuniform materials of products with cylindrical shape and a large radius of curvature. Using the solution of the inverse thermal conductivity problem to the following case, we can obtain formula for the time-integral characteristic of temperature or heat current and the surface time-integral characteristic. A short duration of the experiment is the main requirement in the study of thermal and physical properties of thermal insulation materials of new products and existing products of cylindrical shape. This requirement is especially important when it is necessary to investigate thermal and physical properties in a wide range of temperatures. Non-destructive testing is ideal for the study of thermal and physical properties of the material samples or finished products. Non-destructive testing of thermal physical properties is related to the ever-increasing range and volume of various artificial polymeric products and thermal protection materials. Rapid thermal control over properties of newly developed materials in the laboratory significantly reduces the time of creation and adjustment of manufacturing technology of these materials. We propose a complex method of evaluation of non-homogeneous materials with a cylindrical shape and a large radius of curvature. Using the solution of inverse heat conduction problem, we can obtain a formula for the Time Integral Characteristics of temperature or heat flow and Surface Time Integral Characteristic. We developed a methodology for the search and correction of experimental parameters (temperature, time, geometry) and computational procedures to ensure the lowest possible accuracy of the measurement for a given product.
