(pdf-file) Abstract: Continuous improvement of business processes is necessary in order to satisfy customers. In this paper a framework is introduced to realize this successfully. By working continuously as a team according to the introduced models and tools problems will be systematically eliminated and the number of instances of doing things right the first time will increase.
